At Camilla's Bridal, we want your special day to be perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unworn, unaltered gowns and accessories in their original condition. Please note that custom-made orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our bridal concierge within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the item in its original garment bag and shipping box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
